Quality, an asset not to be underestimated
Manotti’s quality management system was certified in 2004,
but was targeted on quality right from the beginning.
Over the years the company worked to pursue tenets that are now enshrined in
its quality policy, for example constantly investing time and resources in employee training, technological innovation and limiting the cost of internal failures,
thereby raising its quality standards.
By constantly updating its organization, Manotti has improved the flexibility and cooperation between all divisions, such as warehousing, metalworks, assembly and welding, painting and testing. The first step in safeguarding quality is not to take it for granted. This would sap the lifeblood from the search for the strategic know-how that is at the basis of effective production processes such as Manotti’s.
